Meal Plan, Week 6

I guess week 5 never made it up here, but here's week six.

Sunday - salmon wraps with guacamole and wasabi mayo, roasted garlic and sweet potato soup
Monday - sichuan tofu and scallops with rice and snow peas
Tuesday - roasted chicken with sweet potato puree and parsnip puree
Wednesday - londoin brol, and tomato and roasted garlic soup
Thursday - buffalo chicken wraps with parmesan french fries - ended up being leftovers from the rest of the week
Friday - Date night!  We had Korean BBQ for dinner.
